Rowena Meadows
Rowena holds an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters in Couple Counselling and has completed Relationships Australia's Specialist Course in Integrative Couple Therapy.
Rowena has previously worked as a psychologist, and is experienced in working with families and young people, where she assisted them to navigate challenging circumstances. Coupled with this skill set, she also works as a documentary photographer whose work attempts to make sense of family systems, by focusing on both conscious and unconscious expressions of behaviour.
With an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Couple Counselling and specialist study in Integrative Couple Therapy from Relationships Australia, Rowena is driven by the desire to help couples notice, demystify and rewrite patterns of conflict, misattunement and disconnection. She holds immense curiosity and a deep respect for the ways our past relationships and experiences colour our perceptions of the present. Rowena’s approach is warm, non-judgemental and employs systemic, attachment and emotion-focused techniques to help couples move into more secure relationships, both with their partners, and with themselves.
