    Biography

    Susan has a degree in Psychology and has completed two Masters Degrees in Social Science and Couple Counselling. She is a Specialist Couple, Relationship and Individual Therapist and Supervisor, specialising in relationships, neurodiversity, trauma and sex therapy. She is also a member of the Society of Australian Sexologists, and guest lectures at Swinburne University for Masters of Couple Counselling and Psychology students. Susan partners with Relationships Australia and Swinburne University to provide training for therapists specialising in couple therapy..

    Susan is extremely passionate about working with couples and individuals to assist in developing happiness, well-being and contentment. She believes that self-growth needs to be continuous, as we all face challenging and difficult circumstances during some stages of our lives.

    Susan is an experienced neurodiverse couples therapist, and has worked with hundreds of neurotypical couples, including those navigating ADHD, autism, and related differences. She helps partners understand each other’s unique ways of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world, fostering connection through shared understanding and practical strategies. Her approach is respectful, affirming, and rooted in a deep appreciation for neurodivergent identities.

    Susan combines practical aspects of neuroscience research (brain education) with unique tools for profound personal growth. Susan is considered an expert an her field and has been working with people for over 20 years to help them reach their full potential and live a more fulfilling life both personally and professionally. In a confidential, calm, caring and supportive environment Susan will help you overcome those challenging feelings and circumstances you may have experienced to enable you and your relationship to thrive.  She has also appeared on multiple podcasts as a guest.
