Biography
Romain brings a unique background, with over a decade experience as a corporate professional and leader of initiatives focused on employee wellbeing and community fundraising. She is a natural connector, skilled in relationship-building and offers a collaborative, empowering approach to therapy.
Romain works sensitively with clients, combining her caring nature with her analytical abilities to gather insights from their stories, helping them uncover patterns in behaviours and thoughts that often lie outside of their awareness, keeping them stuck.
Her approach is grounded in deep respect, non-judgement and the creation of a safe, supportive place for exploration. With her warm presence and intimate understanding of both Eastern and Western perspectives, Romain helps clients feel at ease, guiding them toward increased self-awareness, the integration of their experiences, and the development of more secure ways of relating.
Committed to ongoing professional development and driven by a desire to normalise therapy, Romain continuously seeks new ways to deepen her knowledge. This dedication ensures her practice remains dynamic and responsive to the evolving needs of her clients.
Romain’s bilingual abilities in Sinhalese and English, along with her diverse life experiences enable her to connect authentically with individuals from varied backgrounds, offering a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to therapy.
