Biography
Claudio is a thoughtful and intuitive practitioner who supports couples to navigate the complexities of their relationships in a gentle, respectful and compassionate way. His approach is warm, direct and collaborative, creating a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect and reconnect.
With a strong focus on presence and authenticity, Claudio supports clients to work through conflict, make sense of recurring patterns, strengthen emotional connection and develop more secure and responsive ways of relating. He has completed specialised training in Integrative Couple Therapy at Relationships Australia and his work is grounded in evidence-based frameworks including Systems and Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.
Claudio’s professional experience includes counselling and support roles within not-for-profit and private settings, including work with NDIS participants and veterans navigating complex trauma and seeking meaning and direction after service. Prior to becoming a counsellor, he worked in the creative industry as a musician and solo artist, experiences that continue to inform his therapeutic practice.
Born in Italy and calling Australia home for over eight years, Claudio is bilingual in English and Italian and brings a culturally sensitive and inclusive perspective to his work. Alongside his clinical training, he maintains a regular meditation practice, which supports his steady and grounded presence in the therapy room.
