Biography
Belinda (she/her) is passionate about the health and happiness of the key relationships in people’s lives. Belinda welcomes all intimate partnerships into the counselling space, and works collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves, each other, and the relationship’s strengths and challenges. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach to counselling, Belinda works with clients to understand their unique therapy and relationship goals and achieve them.
Belinda has a Masters degree in Couples cCunselling, as she has a particular interest in relationship therapy. She has additional training in relationship therapy, having completed levels one and two of Gottman couples therapy training, and has completed the Emotionally Focused couples therapy externship.
Belinda is experienced at working cross-culturally, and works to ensure the therapy room is culturally safe. Belinda welcomes all members of the LGBTIQA+ community. As a parent, Belinda is passionate about helping clients work through the complexities parenting may bring to relationships.
